Andrew D. Leavitt, MD. Professor of Medicine and Laboratory Medicine, University of California San Francico (UCSF), USA. Dr. Leavitt received his MD degree from Harvard Medical School, completed his internal medicine training at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), and completed his hematology and transfusion medicine fellowships at the University of California San Francisco. He is currently the medical director of adult non-malignant (classical) hematology at UCSF, and the medical director of the UCSF Adult Hemophilia Treatment Center.
