I am a Senior Postdoctoral Scientist and Research Group Leader with expertise in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Currently, I am affiliated with the Institute of Experimental Hematology and Transfusion Medicine at the University Clinic Bonn.
My research focuses on deepening our comprehension of the pathophysiology of von Willebrand disease (VWD) while simultaneously endeavoring to develop new therapies. Furthermore, I am committed to uncovering the intricate biological roles of the von Willebrand factor (VWF) in both coagulation and inflammatory responses.
