I am Yuanyi Xu (Ellen), a research scientist from Dr. Carol Miao's Lab, Center for Immunity and Immunotherapies at the Seattle Children's Research Institute. I graduated with B.S. in Microbiology and B.A. in Biochemistry from the University of Washington. My current work focused on Hemophilia gene therapy, especially using CRISPR gene editing to achieve phenotypic and genotypic correction.
