Corinne Frere is Professor of Hematology at Sorbonne University, Paris, France.
Her main research interests include the management of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), venous thromboembolism (VTE), cancer-associated thrombosis (CAT), and those supported by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). She has participated in numerous clinical research studies on these topics.
She currently serves on the SSC Subcommittee on Perioperative and Critical Care Thrombosis and Hemostasis of the International Society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis (ISTH) and on the Steering Committee of the International Initiative on Thrombosis and Cancer (ITAC).
She has published more than 170 peer-reviewed articles.
