G. Jourdi is an associate professor in haematology at Paris Cité University, an early-career investigator at Inserm UMR_1140 (Innovative therapies in haemostasis) and a clinical pathologist at the university hospital center of Lariboisière (AP-HP. Nord) since Sept. 2022. He is specialized in hemostasis and thrombosis. He has a long-standing interest in platelet physiology, coagulation and fibrinolysis, with experience in pre-clinical and clinical studies of platelet functions in hemostasis and beyond. He is co-chair of the Platelet Physiology Subcommittee of the International Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis.
