Professor Mike Makris is Editor-in-Chief of the journal Research and Practice in Thrombosis and Haemostasis. He is a past president of the European Association of Haemophilia and Allied Disorders (EAHAD). He is also Emeritus Professor of Haemostasis and Thrombosis at the University of Sheffield in the UK. He is a past editor of the journal Haemophilia.
