Prof. Oliver Grottke is a Consultant Anaesthesiologist and haemostaseologist at the Department of Anaesthesiology at the RWTH-Aachen University Hospital, Germany. After being awarded his medical degree at Hannover Medical School, he held several clinical posts within Germany and abroad. He obtained his PhD from the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences at Maastricht University, The Netherlands, and a Masters degree in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, England. Assoc. He has authored more than 140 publications, including original research articles, reviews and book chapters. He is a reviewer for several journals and active member of several different organisation, such as ESAIC, NATA.
