My name is Soledad Acosta. I am 29 years old and I am a doctor from Montevideo, Uruguay. I just finished my degree in hematology and I am very excited to participate in such a wonderful and internationally recognized conference representing my country. My devotion to hematology grew when I was able to enter clinical practice at the Hospital de Clínicas in my city, learning about patient management as well as the doctor-patient interaction, which is beautiful here. The pathologies we treat are very interesting and are under continuous evaluation in order to create new tools for their management. This has inspired me to continue growing and gaining more experience to become a good professional.
