Mr Thomas L. C. Palmer-Dench is a PhD student based at the Leeds Institute of Cardiovascular and Metabolic Medicine. He began working in academia as a research assistant, specialising in flow microscopy in association with LUNAC therapeutics. In 2023, he began a PHD with the British Heart Foundation and the University of Leeds, researching the effects of diabetic clot architecture on wound healing outcomes, working under Dr Fraser Macrae.
