Tirsa van Duijl has completed her PhD at the department of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine, Leiden University Medical Center, focusing on quantitative protein mass spectrometry for biomarker translation in the clinical laboratory. Alongside her PhD, Dr van Duijl has presented at various scientific conferences. After gaining her PhD in 2023, she started her current position as a postdoctoral researcher in the proteomics group at the department of Molecular Hematology of Sanquin Research (Amsterdam, The Netherlands). Her multi-proteomics research projects focuses on molecular footprinting of hemostatic disorders, including bleeding disorders of unknown cause.
