Daniel Tham (BHSc, University of Ottawa, Faculty of Medicine) is an incoming MS3 student at the University of Ottawa. His research interests include anticoagulation in high-risk patient populations, advanced therapeutic endoscopy, and medical education. During ISTH 2024, he will be delivering an oral presentation on anticoagulation in patients with advanced stage liver cirrhosis, and moderating a session on innovation in VTE therapies.
