Cornelia Englisch, MD joined the Thrombosis and Hemostasis Research Group (Leader: Prof. Cihan Ay) after obtaining her medical degree in 2021. She is currently enrolled at the Medical University of Vienna as a PhD student. Her research focus is cancer-associated thrombosis and hemostasis in patients with cancer with special attention to bleeding risk. Furthermore, she works at the bench in the lab for her translational research projects.
