My interest for thrombosis and hemostasis was awakened, when I wrote my Master thesis at the Unit for Thrombosis Research and automatically led to the subject of the PhD. My PhD project is looking into the coagulation system with focus on fibrinogen variants in patients with severe obesity and fatty liver disease.
Privately, I am living in Esbjerg, Denmark, with my Husband and two kids.
