Amica Ko (MD) is a PhD candidate in the Department of Hematology at the Erasmus Medical Center (EMC) in Rotterdam. She finished her degrees in Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 2021. After working as a Hematology resident (not-in-training), she started her PhD in 2022 under supervision of prof. dr. Frank Leebeek and dr. Mandy Lauw. Her research focus is venous thromboembolism (VTE) in hematological malignancies.
