A committed PhD student from University Hassan II in Casablanca, Mounia Ammara flourishes in the immunology and biodiversity lab. Mounia's ardent interest and dedication to immunology and platelet research have guided her through science.
Mounia's interest in the immune system's complex functions began early in life in Morocco. This early passion led her to a hard academic path and admission in University Hassan II. With mentors who saw her promise, Mounia engaged herself in the lively immunology and biodiversity laboratory, where she found her purpose in platelet research.
Mounia focused her doctoral research on platelet research out of curiosity and a desire to contribute. Her persistent quest of information and desire to excellence have made her a promising young scientist in the global scientific community.
Mounia's delight to attend the ISTH congress in Bangkok is a highlight of her academic career. Mounia eagerly prepares to present her research findings and learn from recognized specialists, seeing it as a unique opportunity to network with other researchers, share ideas, and keep updated.
Beyond her academic work, Mounia is passionate about platelet research's role in disease knowledge and patient outcomes. Her love for her field and tenacity make her an emerging star in immunology and platelet biology, set to influence medical science.
