Marie Didembourg graduated in Biomedical Sciences in 2020 and is now pursuing her Ph.D. while serving as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Namur. Since 2024, she has been an integral part of the Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology Research Unit (URPC).
Marie's research centers on "hormone-induced coagulopathy," investigating how hormonal therapies and modifications affect blood clotting in women. She recently launched a clinical trial to evaluate thrombotic risk during pregnancy, demonstrating her commitment to addressing crucial health issues in women.
In her roles as a researcher and university assistant, Marie bridges academic research with practical applications, contributing to advancements in biomedical sciences and women's health research. Her work promises to enhance understanding and improve healthcare outcomes for women.
