Sébastien LARRECHE, MD, PhD, is a French military physician. A graduate in general medicine, medical biology and microbiology from the Pasteur Institute, he is the deputy head of the clinical microbiology unit, in the medical biology department of the Bégin Army Training Hospital, Saint- Mande, France. He heads the technical committee for envenomations of the French Army and carries out clinical and experimental work on hemostasis disorders induced by snake venoms and their treatment at the University Paris Cité, Inserm UMR-S 1144.
