Roger Kou (BHSc) is a medical student at the Univeristy of Ottawa (Ontario, Canada). His primary research foci includes knowledge synthesis in hematology and health equity. Roger is also working towards a Masters of Public Health. He has also been recognized as a longtime perioperative volunteer with the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. In his spare time, Roger can be found going on walks with his dog, Pickle.
Roger's works in research owe much to the support and mentorship of Dr. Mark Crowther and Dr. Lawrence Mbuagbaw at McMaster University, and Dr. Tzu-Fei Wang at the University of Ottawa.
