Dr Sara Ng (BSc, MBBS, FRACP, FRCPA) is a clinical and laboratory haematologist based at Liverpool Hospital in Sydney. Australia, where she is the current clinical lead for Thrombosis and Haemostasis. After obtaining her fellowship, she completed a thrombosis medicine fellowship at the Ottawa Hospital. She is a current co-chair on the ISTH SSC subcommittee Control of Anticoagulation. She is part of the steering committee of the Haematology in Onstetrics and Women's Health (HOW) Collaborative. Her research interests include cancer-associated thrombosis, improving the management of venous thromboembolism, and employing viscoelastic testing in the clinical setting.
