Jillian Teichman is a post-baccalaureate researcher currently working for the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute in the Johnson Lab. Prior to her employment by the NIH she had other research experiences, including a 6 month co-op at Moderna Therapeutics where she helped develop a Luminex assay for the Infectious Disease Research branch. After receipt of her of her bachelor's degree, she has spent the last year researching platelet function associations with methylomics in addition to other projects; and will continue to do so through summer of 2025. She is hoping to pursue graduate-level education the following fall, with an interest in immunology and infectious disease.
