Biography
Dr. Lugyanti Sukrisman is the chair of Hematology and Medical Oncology Division, Department of Internal Medicine, Universitas Indonesia. She is also serving as the current chair of the Indonesian Society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis, and Council Member of Asian-Pacific Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis (APSTH). Dr. Sukrisman obtained her M.D. from Universitas Indonesia in 1991, followed by Hematology-Medical Oncology Subspecialty and PhD from the same University. She also participated in various training and seminars both nationally and overseas. Beside her continuous work in the field of hemostasis and hematological malignancies, she has also served the hemophilia community in Indonesia while simultaneously developing research projects in thrombosis and hemostasis. She is an active member of the Indonesian Integrated Hemophilia Management Team and The Indonesian Society of Hemophilia. One of her latest activities in the international hemophilia community is the Hemophilia Workshop by the World Federation of Hemophilia in Jakarta, Indonesia.
