She is a Nurse Coordinator at HTC, Kasturba Hospital, Manipal Academy of Higher Education in India. With more than 15 years of experience, she specializes in hemophilia and other bleeding disorders. Her research in this field has led to her growth as a professional.
She has contributed significantly to the care of people with hemophilia and bleeding disorders. She has authored a number of publications and conducts workshops for nurses both nationally and internationally. She was also part of the WFH Nurses Committee from 2016 to 2018.
In addition to her role at the hospital, she has been a Nursing Faculty at Manipal College of Nursing since 2006. She began her career as a staff nurse at KH Manipal in 1995. Since then, she has committed herself to enhancing patient care and broadening her expertise.
