Stephanie Carlin, PharmD, ACPR2 (Thrombosis) is a Thrombosis Pharmacist at Hamilton Health Sciences and is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology at McMaster University. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at University of Toronto, followed by a Doctor of Pharmacy at University of Florida. She completed a general practice pharmacy residency, followed by a specialist pharmacy residency in Thrombosis, both through the University of Toronto. She is actively involved in the clinical care of patients with thrombotic disorders, thrombosis-related research and sits on the steering committees for a number of randomized controlled trials. Since 2021, she has co-chaired the Hemostatic Management of Patients with Liver Disease Subcommittee at the International Society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis.
